PROPOSED SERVICES

Support through every trimester.
And the weeks that follow.

Focused nursing visits that reinforce the existing treatment plan and give families time to ask, learn and feel supported.

01

Postpartum recovery

Personalized nursing assessment, recovery education and reinforcement of discharge instructions.

02

C-section support

Incision and recovery assessment within nursing competence, with teaching aligned with the OB care plan.

03

Lactation support

Positioning, latch and pumping guidance within verified training, with specialist referrals for complex feeding needs.

04

Pregnancy & parent education

Birth preparation, newborn-care teaching and practical support for following the care plan.

05

Fetal heart rate monitoring

Provider-ordered home monitoring, including nonstress tests for eligible patients. Tracings are securely transmitted for timely obstetric clinician review, with an agreed escalation pathway.

06

IV therapy

Prescribed IV fluids or medications for eligible patients, with nursing assessment, treatment monitoring and an established emergency-response plan.

07

Lab draws

Provider-ordered blood specimen collection, labeling and coordinated transport to an accepting laboratory. Results and interpretation remain with the ordering clinician.

Services are planned, with availability subject to applicable operating requirements, verified competencies, equipment, provider orders and clinical protocols. Home fetal monitoring is scheduled care, not continuous surveillance. Nursing support supplements medical visits and emergency care.

FOR OB PRACTICES

More support for patients.
More room for your team.

Help us shape a practical extension of your care. We are inviting early OB practice collaborators to identify needs and build a focused referral pilot.

Share your practice’s needs

Reinforce your instructions

Dedicated time for recovery teaching, medication guidance and patient teach-back.

Ease routine education tasks

Address suitable nonurgent questions during scheduled visits and escalate concerns through your agreed pathway.

Support selected clinical tasks

Explore ordered monitoring, IV treatments and specimen collection for eligible patients.

Keep follow-up organized

Receive concise visit summaries and clear communication about nursing findings.

A pilot would evaluate staff time, follow-up contacts, referral completion and patient feedback. Workload and outcome improvements are goals to assess, not guaranteed results.
